Pricing Structure

Pricing

Pricing varies based on services requested, but the overall flow always looks like this:

$45 technical evaluation

Price quote based on your individual needs

Quote accepted, evaluation fee is waived

The $45 technical evaluation fee includes an in person visit and thorough evaluation of your individual needs. This fee will always be waived if you choose to work with me.

Many common services have a set cost. If a service or project falls outside of the scope of these flat rate services, then a rate of $75 per hour will be charged instead.

Fixed Rate Services

New Computer or Device Setup with Data Transfer

Includes first time set up and connection for a new computer. We will review together and move any important documents, images, videos, and more from an old computer.

I will answer all of your questions and ensure you are comfortable with your new technology.

Virus Removal

Viruses, worms, trojans, and other infections can ruin your day. Malware (the general name for this type of infection) is not only a functional issue, but puts your privacy at risk. Let's get it fixed.

**Some infections can be complex and may incur additional fees depending on time required**

New Computer or Device Setup without Data Transfer

Includes first time set up and connection for a new computer. This service does not include data recovery or transfer from an old computer to a new one, but you'll be up and running before you know it.

I will answer all of your questions and ensure you are comfortable with your new technology.

Printers and Other Hardware

I will install and configure any one customer-supplied internal or external hardware device and install any related software necessary for functionality. If you need guidance choosing the right equipment, give me a call.

After configuring your device for use, I will test that it is working properly and answer any questions you may have.

Home Network Setup, New Router/Modem, and Devices

This service includes everything needed to connect and configure Internet and WiFi, whether you're getting set up for the first time or making a change to your setup.

I'll make sure all your tech is talking to each other and that all of your security settings are optimized to ensure your privacy.
